Realtor @MidModUtah had successfully grown an organic following on Instagram after four years in business, but her website had zero visitors and wasn't showing up in Google results. After structural updates on the website and implementation of an ongoing SEO-optimized keyword content strategy, all key metrics on the site have improved significantly since March 2025, including organic search results, active users, new users, and page views, supporting her most profitable year in revenue to date.

Clear Protein+ Product Launch

Product launches are fun. Product launches in five weeks? Fun and exciting! This launch went from strategy to implementation in record time for this direct-selling company and included pre-launch and strategic communications to distributor leadership and all distributors prior to product being made available to all customers. The best part? Distributor leadership saying it was the most prepared they'd ever been for a product launch. Win.

Yoli Distributor Sales Journey Simplification

Direct selling can feel complicated...but it doesn't have to. Yoli had already done the heavy lifting of updating their compensation plan to reward the right behaviors. They just needed to simplify the steps to help distributors understand how to take advantage of those rewards. In just a few short months, we aligned the distributor sales journey with the comp plan, strategic updates to the Hussle sales app, and customer needs to make it simple and easy to sell and simple and easy to buy.

 

This corresponded with simplified messaging around the brand, which included an updated customer-facing tagline of Pursue Your Purpose, as well as an updated business-focused tagline of Bet on Yourself.

Active Nutrition Brand Strategy & Messaging

It can be tough to enter (or re-enter) a crowded space and stand out. That was the task with Active Nutrition, an updated line of shakes and nutritional products offered by USANA and launched in the midst of COVID. Research pointed to a shift away from a weight-loss centered message and toward a well-rounded, holistic approach, prompting a complete brand marketing and positioning strategy rolling up to a vision of Love Your Body. Change Your World.

#StartSomething Integrated Brand Marketing Campaign

Challenged to create a distributor and customer-friendly campaign to reignite sales and sales generating activity post-COVID, this fully integrated brand marketing campaign spanned countries, channels, and had major legs. It was used to sell products, the business opportunity, as a theme for events all over the world (including China), and opened a new market for the brand in India.

USANA Brand Refresh

A brand refresh can mean a lot of things. For USANA, it meant realigning the brand voice, tone, and imagery with its target demographic, and then creating a strategy to implement those updates across its two dozen global markets in a way that felt fresh, new, and authentic. Guided by internal and external research and in collaboration with the creative team, a years-long global marketing calendar strategy was implemented to make the necessary updates within the company's resource constraints.
